The annual meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park in its classroom (attached to barn).

Starting Oct. 1, your POA dues will now cover both trash and recycling services for every home in the neighborhood. GFL offered a reduced rate for the combined service, making this a cost-effective improvement for all residents.

• Trash Pickup: Continues every Monday.
• Recycling Pickup: Begins Oct. 13 and will run every other Monday.
• Already paying for recycling? GFL will automatically transfer your account to the POA, stop personal billing, and issue credits for payments made beyond Sept. 30.

If you prefer not to use recycling, simply keep your bin indoors.

Invoices for 2021 dues and the announcement of the annual meeting were the last paper mailing the board sent. Moving forward, residents should check the website regularly for announcements and/or sign up for email notifications.

Please remember to obey neighborhood speed limits and come to complete stops at stop signs. Traffic laws are in place for both driver and pedestrian safety.

If you've been receiving the Ad Scene paper in your driveway and don't wish to receive it anymore, you can opt out by emailing adscenedelivery@gannett.com with your address and request to stop delivery.

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
