The POA board is looking for residents to consent or decline to being added to a community directory. Please respond by Jan. 31, 2025.

Invoices for 2021 dues and the announcement of the annual meeting were the last paper mailing the board sent. Moving forward, residents should check the website regularly for announcements and/or sign up for email notifications.

If you've been receiving the Ad Scene paper in your driveway and don't wish to receive it anymore, you can opt out by emailing adscenedelivery@gannett.com with your address and request to stop delivery.

Please remember to obey neighborhood speed limits and come to complete stops at stop signs. Traffic laws are in place for both driver and pedestrian safety.

The Cheeks now recycle cardboard and have offered to pick up cardboard from other residents. If you have cardboard to recycle, leave it next to your dumpster on Monday mornings and Jim will pick it up in his black pick-up truck. Please do not leave other trash with the cardboard and break down boxes when possible.
