Stay connected with your neighbor
Some residents have expressed the desire to socially connect with their neighbors. Their are two ways to virtually interact with our community. There is a private group on Facebook, Stonehinge POA Neighborhood, and also a website called Nextdoor.com.
For those unfamiliar with Nextdoor, it is a free website (and app) that provides a secure communications platform for residents in the same subdivision, as well as neighboring communities.
Users can post messages, list items for sale and voice concerns on the public feed; join groups of like interests; see homes available for sale in the area; and more! There are also directories of residents, pets and public agencies. Nextdoor is a great tool for those who want to build relationships within their communities.

Nextdoor is the best way to stay informed about what’s going on in your neighborhood—whether it’s finding a last-minute babysitter, planning a local event, or sharing safety tips. There are so many ways our neighbors can help us, we just need an easier way to connect with them.
